Mesen-S Git (2019/10/15)

Mesen-S Git (2019/10/15) is compiled. Mesen-S is a cross-platform SNES emulator for Windows & Linux built in C++ and C#.

Mesen-S Git changelog:
* Input: Fixed issues when using the F10 key in shortcuts
* Makefile: Generate both 'mesen-s' and 'mesens' files as a quick workaround to makefile issues
* Save States: Fixed corruption on some save states/rewinding caused by work ram address not being saved
* Libretro: Revert target name
* Setup: Fixed default keybindings when selecting the WASD keyboard option
* Updates: Avoid Application.Exit usage, attempt to kill existing processes before upgrade
* Debugger: Hex Viewer - Display selection length in decimal and hex
* Input: Added support for turbo buttons
* Cheats: Fixed cheats not being saved properly when switching games with the cheat window opened, etc.
* Libretro: Fix target in line with libretro sanitization (#46)
