Mesen-S Git (2019/10/08) is compiled. Mesen-S is a cross-platform SNES emulator for Windows & Linux built in C++ and C#.Mesen-S Git changelog:
* PPU: Initialize mosaic counter at the start of scanline 1, instead of at the end of scanline 0 (Fixes Jimmy Connars Pro Tour Tennis pause animation)
* Video: Added basic blending option for high resolution modes to allow some transparency effects to display properly
* Libretro: support building for 64-bit iOS devices (arm64) (#28)
