EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2019/10/18) is complied. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

* Fixed issues with MK (Pi)
* Removed no longer used libraries/files
* Switched to rom-specific joyconfigs
* Update appveyor.yml
