higan v106r169 is released. higan (formerly bsnes) is a Nintendo multi-system emulator that began development on 2004-10-14. It currently supports the following systems:
- Famicom
- Super Famicom
- Game Boy
- Game Boy Color
- Game Boy Advance

Game Boy: latch WY and don't increment when WX>=127 or window is disabled. Fixes
Donkey Kong level complete bottom status screen.

Mega Drive: add Z80 stall on 68K bus access during VDP DMA. Allow Z80 to
read 68K version register. Map $c0001c-c0001f (and its mirrors) to the CPU
prefetch IR register. Add work RAM refresh and cartridge/expansion /RAS refresh
emulation.

Fixed compilation bugs on Windows. Fixed DIrect3D driver. Disabled the mouse
capture trick for custom cursors on Windows because it was having bad side
effects. Disabled the multi-select activate on GTK workaround because it was
sometimes breaking input navigation in list boxes. Fixed a major issues in the
last WIP with GTK controls becoming unfocusable. Other stuff as well.
