PPSSPP Git (2019/04/28) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Remove some unused code.
* Hopefully fix the annoying LR.
* Remove "sound speed hack".
