BizHawk Git (2019/04/23) is compiled. BizHawk is a A multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.

* rebuild HelloWorld externaltool, AND include the zipfile sources, which DO get distributed along with it, so that people have a prayer of actually using this system. (it's all small, so it should be ok)
* fix some null reference exception I got while porting old HelloWorld externaltool. I dont understand any of this plumbing, so I can't describe it any better than that
