PPSSPP Git (2018/10/26) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Update lang submodule
* Just fix some gradle build warnings. It's using platform 16 anyway (but somehow it all still works back on -9)
