x360ce v4.7.0.29 Alpha

x360ce v4.7.0.29 Alpha is compiled. Xbox 360 Controller Emulator (a wrapper library that translates the xinput calls to directinput calls) which allows your controller (GamePad, Joystick, Wheel, ...) to function like an Xbox 360 controller on a Windows PC. For example it allows you to play Grand Theft Auto (GTA) game with Logitech wheel.

* Fix device Acquire settings.
* Fix DInput sate updates for devices which require Polling (like original "Microsoft Xbox Controller")
* Fix Thumb/POV Up/Down/Left/Right mapping to buttons.
* Removed some old INI/DLL code. Fixing auto-mapping.
* Fix missing white list registry key after installation of HID Guardian.
* Fix adding and deleting process id to white list when application opens and closes.
* Unload XInput DLL when program is minimized and emulation mode is Library (load when restored).
