PPSSPP Git (2018/06/23) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* remove that=this context from memory load/store arrow functions
* Use arrow functions for memory load/stores
* setInt32 optimizations for little-endian
* little-endian DMA optimizations and interrupt load/store optimizations
* getInt32 optimizations
* Fewer arrays are faster
