PPSSPP Git (2018/05/10) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Allow showing version only for Qt
* Allow showing version only for SDL
* Win32: Not really appropriate to call exit() on a bad filename. Fixes #11030
* Call updateSustainedPerformanceMode from surfaceChanged as well. May help #11018
