BizHawk Git (2017/05/04) is compiled. BizHawk is a A multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.

* fix xpad triggers to actually be useful? I dont know if they ever were before. Triggers are like halfs of axes, but our whole input system isnt built to handle halfs of axes; so with this, I make them appear to be whole axes in a -1..1 range.
