PPSSPP Git (2018/02/10) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* SDL: Fix issue with vulkan-to-opengl fallback
* Windows: Consistently shutdown the main thread after exiting the message loop.
* Improve assert messages in VulkanRenderManager (minor)
