Stella Git (2017/09/18) is compiled. Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator. The Atari 2600 Video Computer System (VCS), introduced in 1977, was the most popular home video game system of the early 1980's. Now you can enjoy all of your favorite Atari 2600 games on your PC thanks to Stella!

Stella Git changelog:
* 1x snapshots now support all 4 phosphor/Blargg combinations
* fixed 1x snapshot problem when phosphor was disabled
* enable phosphor and TV effects for 1x snapshots
* Fixed graphical corrution when saving snapshots in 1x mode
- Phosphor is now also disabled in this mode
* Minor cleanup of formatting and compile warnings.
* Fixed the fix.
* Fixed 1x snapshot bug with phosphor #222
* Microoptimization: avoid function dispatch overhead.
