psxact Git (2017/07/05) is compiled. psxact is a Cycle accurate PS1 emulator written in C++.

psxact Git Changelog:
* Cleaning up some new GPU commands, updating the readme.
* Getting a commercial game to boot, PSXACT has officially made it ;)
* Various registers being added, and slowing down the CPU to fix some glitchy video.
* Renaming 'control' to 'logic' in the CD-ROM drive.
* Making it easier to get IO read values for the CD-ROM log.
* Adding selective logging of components.
