PPSSPP Git (2017/05/06) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:

Windows: Initialize WindowsHost in EmuThread
* Windows: Initialize WindowsHost in EmuThread.
This seems like a more appropriate place, and a more appropriate thread,
for it to be initialized on.
* Oops again.. sigh
* Fix to partial restarts (when switching backends), plus misc. Helps #9666
