Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev. 31 is released. Neko Project II is a port to the Wii of NP2 (Neko Project II), NEC PC-9801 emulator, programmed by Yui.

· DOS driver of LGY-98 LAN board is now available
· If you do your best you can surf the web with Windows 3.1
· The function to record the window size at the end was added
· Since it is invalid by default, please check the Save window size in Configure
