DOSBox-X Git (2017/05/08) is compiled. DOSBox-x is a branch of DOSBox v0.74. DOSBox emulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, etc., necessary for running many old MS-DOS games that simply cannot be run on modern PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and FreeBSD.

* Revert "move linear to phys translation to readb_through(). VGA and 3Dfx"
This reverts commit a54165805e82a0050e44de0ff991113d8908cc81.
There's too much in this code that depends on the odd behavior of
passing the LINEAR memory address to devices (VGA, 3Dfx, etc) that in
real hardware accept PHYSICAL memory addresses. The prior change worked
perfectly fine as long as linear == physical for S3 MMIO. Windows 95
OSR2 and later remap the S3 MMIO, therefore the prior change broke S3
graphics acceleration for Windows 95 OSR2 and later.
* move linear to phys translation to readb_through(). VGA and 3Dfx
emulation should no longer need to concern itself with linear to
physical translation.
