Decaf Git (2017/04/06) is compiled. Decaf (originally called WiiU-EMU) is a researching Wii U emulation. The Wii U is a home video game console created by Nintendo and the successor to the Wii.

* kernel: Add a DebugOutDevice which can be used for logging IOS commands.
* sysapp: Allocate MCPSysProdSettings on stack for use in MCP_GetSysProdSettings.

Will be used by MCP one day.
