PCSX2 Git (2017/03/08)

PCSX2 Git (2017/03/06) is compiled. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

PCSX2 Git Changelog:
* windows: Fix VS project file issues
Fixes "project out of date" issue for wx_config on VS2017.
Fixes whole program optimisation possibly not being applied on release
builds for USBqemu (it may have been applied, but I can't actually tell,
and now it at least shows properly in the VS property editor).
