Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev. 23 is released. Neko Project II is a port to the Wii of NP2 (Neko Project II), NEC PC-9801 emulator, programmed by Yui.

Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev. 24 Changelog:
· MELCO WSN-A4F came to be reflected as much as Windows 3.1
· Since the driver installation is somewhat confusing, refer to the item of Win 3.1 setup of the site
