Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev. 23 is released. Neko Project II is a port to the Wii of NP2 (Neko Project II), NEC PC-9801 emulator, programmed by Yui.

Neko Project 21/W v0.86 Rev. 23 Changelog:
· WAB-S hardware cursor can now be displayed
- Fixed an issue that the window accelerator type setting was reflected immediately without resetting
· WSN-A2F / A4F seems to be added experimentally
· I want to be able to use it in Win 3.1 in the future
· At the moment only you will see the level screen that may be available (graphics collapse)
· Driver for Win 3.1 only works with 16 MB version with m2 in file name
· Since the official installer can not be set up due to board automatic recognition failure, please manually specify INF
