Decaf Git (2016/09/01)

Decaf Git (2016/09/01) is compiled. Decaf (originally called WiiU-EMU) is a researching Wii U emulation. The Wii U is a home video game console created by Nintendo and the successor to the Wii.

Decaf Git Changelog:
* pm4_capture: Remove old swap capture code.
* Move pm4-replay to tools folder.
* pm4_capture: Fix a few bugs with memory hashing.
* pm4_capture: Track CaptureMemoryLoad type.
* decaf: Support PM4 capture starting from any frame.
Traces can now be recorded from the debugger ui.
The previous known bugs exist still though... :(
