Snes9x Git (2016/08/03)

Snes9x Git (2016/08/03) is compiled. Snes9x is a portable, freeware Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the SNES and Super Famicom Nintendo game systems on your PC or Workstation; which includes some real gems that were only ever released in Japan. Snes9x is the result of well over three years worth of part-time hacking, coding, recoding, debugging, divorce, etc. (just kidding about the divorce bit). Snes9x is coded in C++, with three assembler CPU emulation cores on the i386 Linux and Windows ports.

Translation to spanish

The nex translation take es_VE and make it panhispanis, so now es is
used for all the spanish variants.
LINGUAS was updated to reflect the change.
aditionally using the built-in capabilities of poedit I pulled the
strings with the translatable thing from the source and updated the
translation fo the 100%, and recheck it with some styleguides from
some videogame companies and online forums to chech for consistencies
in terminology.
the remained untranslated parts are non translatable (for now) on the
source code, I will check if I can find them and update.
