PPSSPP Git (2016/08/28) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:

This matches the logic in sceFontGetCharImageRect(), and improves tests.
Previously, we were drawing the alt character in these cases.
