PCSX2 Git Changelog:
* gsdx hw: don't execute blit fmv with target
Avoid invalid operation due to depth buffer
* gsdx tc: check compatible bit when wrote in middle of target
All maths are wrong otherwise. Fix half screen issue in WRC
* gsdx tc: log more stuff on texture cache dirty & frame format
* build.sh: use command -v instead of which
