Xenia Git (2016/07/26)

Xenia Git (2016/07/26) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

Xenia Status:
- Some code runs. [Insert any game name here] doesn't.
- Asserts! Crashes! Hangs! Blank screens!

Xenia Git Changelog:
* PipelineCache: _FLOAT means use vk _SFLOAT, not _*SCALED!
* Constant propagation for vector SGT/UGE/UGT
Constant rounding (and fixed vec128 rounding only doing x)
