PPSSPP Git (2016/07/25) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Unfortunately, it reduces the readability of stack traces.
* Cleanup FFmpeg funcs deprecated in 3.x.
* Upgrade to FFmpeg 3 / clang.
* Update Travis to NDK r12b.

It's now the recommended build from NDK 11+. GCC is deprecated.
