Z64gl Git (2016/06/15)

EmuCR: GLideN64Z64gl Git (2016/06/15) is compiled. Z64gl is a low level RDP plugin for zilmar spec N64 emulators.

Max number of buffers is increased. If the number is reached the plugin
will remove all buffers.
This fixes crashes if many buffers are created (Pokemon Stadium, Mario
Tennis, Top Gear Hyper Bike, ...)
