PPSSPP Git (2016/05/20) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Save FBOs on decimate when a safe size is known
* Save FBOs on decimate when they have a safe size.
Fixes #7695.
* Add Memory utility to detect shutdown.
* Track when we see a clear indicate a size of a vfb.
* Detect clears even when outside scissor.
Verified that scissor affects clears as well. This allows a clear to be
detected in Katamari Damacy.
