PPSSPP Git (2016/04/19) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Correct dependency handling when loading modules
* Log module id as hex, clearer.
* Use new logging in utility module load/unload.
