RSP Git (2016/03/24) is compiled. RSP is a plugin for Project64.

* warning: redundant redeclaration of (blah) [-Wredundant-decls]
* fixed remaining strict -Wshadow warning messages
* warning: declaration of inst shadows a global declaration [-Wshadow]
* Assimilate from newer cxd4/rcp64/my_types.h.
