MAME Git (2016/03/19)

MAMEMAME Git (2016/03/19) is compiled. MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. When used in conjunction with images of the original arcade game's ROM and disk data, MAME attempts to reproduce that game as faithfully as possible on a more modern general-purpose computer. MAME can currently emulate several thousand different classic arcade video games from the late 1970s through the modern era.

This is another step towards transparent archive support. It's now
possible to access zip and 7z archives with the same code. Nothing is
taking advantage of it yet. There's now some very similar code in
fileio.cpp and clifront.cpp that could be folded at some point.
* Update Windows OSD file functions to preferred more modern versions. All still available on XP and later.
