Terisphere uses tile 2 as load-tile and as base tile.
* Fix mipmaped texture load when gSP.texture.tile is not 0.
Example: Tetrisphere.
* Update texture parameters only if combiner uses textures.
* Do not use flat shading when lighting is enabled.
Fixed N logo in terisphere.
