PSXACT develop Git (2016/02/11)

psxact Git (2016/02/11) is compiled. PSXACT develop is a branch of PSXACT. psxact is a Cycle accurate PS1 emulator written in C++.

psxact Git Changelog:
* Moving the source files to the `src' folder.
* Changing the namespace `r3051' to `cpu'
* Making `enter_exception' modify the PC register, since that logic will be completely duplicated by any callers.
