Soft64 Git (2016/01/13)

Soft64 Git (2016/01/13) is compiled. Soft64 is a N64 Emulator.

Project Goals for revision 1
* Make everything a draggable window in UI. Imported some theme files created by jquery ui site.

Soft64 Git Changelog:
* Ported the bin build script to python.
* Add these back.
* fixes.
* Started work on the RCP core implementation based on some existing LLE plugins and Mupen. Updated the git ignore file. Remove the WPF stuff to get ready to test cross-platform stuff but keep a backup in a ZIP archive. Remove some other files that don't belong on the repo.
