PPSSPP Git (2015/12/29) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

The crash is correctly fixed

So for example, fr_CA would select fr_FR rather than en_US. Wrong dialect
can sometimes be pretty far off, but it's still likely a better default.
