Xenia Git (2015/11/26) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

Xenia Status:
- Some code runs. [Insert any game name here] doesn't.
- Asserts! Crashes! Hangs! Blank screens!

Xenia Git Changelog:
* Making mtmsr & co synchronize the context.
* Try python2 before python.
* Adding CONTEXT_BARRIER to force the PPC context to synchronize.
This is just an annotation right now, as it's not actually needed.
* Write shader binaries with --dump_shaders and load them in the compiler.
* Unplumbing program_cntl and simplifying shader loading.
