Xenia Git (2015/11/12) is compiled. Xenia is an experimental emulator for the Xbox 360. It does not run games (yet).

Xenia Status:
- Some code runs. [Insert any game name here] doesn't.
- Asserts! Crashes! Hangs! Blank screens!

The sense for this test was backwards, causing AppendSrcReg to read the wrong
const_n_rel_abs flag if the first operand was not a constant fetch.
