P.E.Op.S. Soft GPU v1.18b for xBRZ v1.4 is released. xBRZ is a high-quality image upscaling filter for creating beautiful HD equivalents of low-resolution images.

Install P.E.Op.S. Soft GPU 1.18 with support for xBRZ:
1. copy the plugin folder and included files into the ePSXe installation directory
2. Start ePSXe, configure "P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver" and select xBRZ for "stretching"
