MEWUI v1.65

MEWUI v1.65 is released. MEWUI is intended as an simple extension of the internal UI of MAME, whose main characteristic lies in viewing the complete games list.

MEWUI v1.65 Changelog:

- Added filter "Software List" in software lists submenu. - Added BIOS selection submenu at machine launch for machine with multiple BIOS. - Added options under "Configure Options -> Miscellaneous Options" to skip bios and/or parts submenu. - Added GLSL option in "Display Option" menu - Fixed not working submenu for software with multiple parts started from favorites list. - Various minor code corrections..
