EmuCR: PCSX2PCSX2 Git (2015/05/09) is compiled. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

* gsdx-debug: debug stuff
* gsdx: remove old code
* gsdx-ogl: don't use extra shader for sprite hack
Atst == 2 && sprite_hack is equivalent to Atst == 1
It frees a bit in the shader selector, and reduces shader combinations.
* gsdx-ogl: add 2 options in the GUI to ease testing
accurate_date => use an emulated stencil to compute destination alpha
test (could be slow)
accurate_blend => do nothing (future)
* gsdx: fix compilation error on release build
* gsdx-debug: only enabled advance gl debugging on linux
It will avoid some crash on windows for driver that doesn't support
the extension.
Make debug support mandatory for debug build on linux.
