mGBA Git (2015/05/30) is compiled. mGBA is a new emulator for running Game Boy Advance games. It aims to be faster and more accurate than many existing Game Boy Advance emulators, as well as adding features that other emulators lack.

Features:
* Qt: Remove mutable qualifier from VFileDevice now that it isn't needed anymore
* ARM7: Fix Thumb MUL timing
* Qt: Unified VFile opening interface
* GBA: Palette RIFF exporter
* GBA Video: Add convenience macros for extracting color bits
* Util: Add VFS helper functions for reading/writing little endian values
* All: Move most macros back into common.h
