PPSSPP Git (2015/03/30) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++. PPSSPP Git Changelog:

Unfortunately, this boots vmin/vmax from simd, currently.
