PPSSPP Git (2015/02/15)

PPSSPP Git (2015/02/15) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* UI: Add "overscroll" when keyboard navigating, to show a bit of the next item. Add some shadows.
* Remove redist submodule
* Merge pull request #7476 from Bigpet/confsave
Just save the current config every time the config file is switched
* Just save the current config every time the config file is switched
also undo #7473 because it would now introduce redundant writes.
