PPSSPP Git (2015/02/05) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* CwCheat: UNTESTED: Make "Jocker" commands accept combos even if other buttons are pressed.

* Don't prepare to fetch translations unless we actually are going to use them.. In a couple of places in the code.
* When using controller autoconf on PC, throw in a couple of useful keyboard mappings too.

* Possibly fix weird control visibility issue #7417 although I don't quite get it..
