MESS Git (2015/02/15) is compiled. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.

note dipswitches according to service mode match the Turbo Out Run (cockpit, FD1094 317-0106) set, which we class as 'cockpit' not 'DX' (there is no 'Moving' option, only cockpit) so I'm not sure what this is
note2: I think there is something uninitialized in this driver as sometimes you see random garbage on the warning screen, road layer maybe.
