Citra Git (2015/02/27)

Citra Git (2015/02/27) is compiled. Citra is an experimental open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator/debugger written in C++. At this time, it only emulates a very small subset of 3DS hardware, and therefore is only useful for booting/debugging very simple homebrew demos. Citra is licensed under the GPLv2. Refer to the license.txt file included.

Bit 3 is used to specify a raw copy, where no processing is done to the data, seems to behave exactly as a DMA.
Bit 1 is used to specify whether to convert from a tiled format to a linear format or viceversa.
