RSP Git (2015/01/31)

RSP Git (2015/01/31) is compiled. RSP is a plugin for Project64.

RSP Git Changelog:
* discovered and fixed implicit SE warning in 64-bit compiles
* using -fPIC to fix 64-bit linker error
* *facepalm*
* can now compile on Unix without AT&T asm syntax
* Fix GNU assembler syntax errors by prefixing vcr's with cf_.
* I meant to say putchar (fixes Unix build).
* fixed typo regression in Unix build script
