RSP Git (2015/01/28) is compiled. RSP is a plugin for Project64.

RSP Git Changelog:
* slight improvements to CPU complement/unsigned portability
* Avoid Unix name collisions with RSP vector function exports.
* more portable VABS--should compare -32768 before mult, not after
* deprecated `MASK_XOR` (old, broken, meant only to avoid multiplying)
* changed MFC0 timeout interval from 8 to 8192 (stable, helps test)
* more enforcement of zero-extension with higher-precision literals
* Guarantee at least 32-bit SP_STATUS unsigned flags representation.
