RiceVideo Git (2015/01/11) is compiled. RiceVideo is an open source video graphic plugin for N64 emulators. All windows-based emulators with plugin support (1964, Project64, Mupen64plus).
RiceVideo Git Changelog:
* [!]Strip out some of the clipping code, seems to not do anything, check for side effects.
[!]Strip out ambientlightindex, this was always just the same value as number of lights
* [!] Forgot to move the fog in blender code :P Fixed up fog
* [~]Remove some code from textrect, not sure what it was originally intended for. But it was forcing certain filters on images that it shouldn't of. Checked with Glide and Jabo to ensure right behaviour. Need to make sure theres no odd side effect somewhere.
* [!] Not masking the move word segment value in GBI1 causes DKR to crash out.
* [!]Whoops one tiny mistake in SetOtherModeH that would of caused alot of problems >.<
* [~]Quick comb over GBI1
* [~]Changes to our othermode, all othermode related stuff is now checked prior to rendering rather than as soon as its called. Results in cleaner methods.
* Commit from @Narann branch: fix some filtering problems. Good filter where applied on texture unit 0 and texture unit 1 but other textures where binded to those units _after_ without set the filter. This commit place the applyFilter function at a more efficient place
* Just some misc code cleaning with BMGLib and TextureFilters.cpp

is this openGL? I have searched high and low for the best d3d plugin for use with iZ3D stereoscopic drivers (only middleware I've gotten to work with n64 emulators, and iz3d only works in unsupported windows 7...) and the best solutions I have come up with thus far are jabo's 1.6 and 1.7 d3d8 plugins (only when legacy pixel shader is activated). I've read that people got rice's d3d plugin and glide napalm working w/ iz3d but it wasn't happening for me. i miss HQ4X textures ; ; ... but the 3d is sweet ... but the menu's in ocarina go black again like it's 1999 ; ; does anyone know a better solution? or does anyone know a solution for NVidia's 3d vision or tridef?
ReplyDeleteas a side note I would LOVE to see more stereoscopy support in emulators. (especially DeSmuME which is the one thing I haven't been able to get into stereoscopic 3d no matter what I try) or better opengl to d3d wrappers. or opengl support in iz3d (nevergonnahappen), tridef, or NVidia 3d vision. why does everyone hate opengl except the emulation scene ; ;? anyways, sorry for the lengthy post hope my exhaustive testing helps the scene or anyone. thanks!
